Position Overview

The Vice President of Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Safety is responsible for defining and executing strategies across a global footprint. This leader will manage regional facilities teams, oversee capital planning and workplace services, and ensure compliance with EHS standards while supporting organizational growth and M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global real estate strategies to optimize space utilization and portfolio efficiency.
Oversee infrastructure maintenance for manufacturing, distribution, laboratory, and office facilities.
Drive sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operations and employee experience.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across regions.
Provide leadership in capital budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.
Support merger and acquisition integration from a facilities and real estate perspective.
Build and manage a high-performing global team of regional leaders.
Represent facilities and safety strategy with executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or Environmental Science; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in real estate, facilities, and EHS management within large global organizations.
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams across regions and diverse environments.
Strong expertise in portfolio strategy, real estate negotiations, and government incentive agreements.
Exceptional analytical and financial management skills.
Proficiency with advanced technology tools and data visualization.
Excellent executive communication and leadership abilities.
Willingness to travel globally (25- 40%).
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $270,000 - $372,000 (DOE).
Annual performance bonus eligibility.
