Arizona (Remote)
The Vice President of Intelligent Automation is responsible for shaping the company's vision for robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning initiatives. This executive will oversee cross-functional teams, build strategic partnerships, and ensure automation programs align with enterprise goals and client success metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the company's intelligent automation strategy across multiple industries.
Build and oversee an RPA Center of Excellence, including governance, standards, and best practices.
Integrate AI technologies such as generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics into scalable solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams of RPA developers, AI engineers, and data scientists.
Collaborate with C-suite executives and clients to identify automation opportunities and define ROI-driven solutions.
Drive partnerships with automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
Stay ahead of industry trends in automation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
Represent the company through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years in intelligent automation, RPA, or AI/ML solutions.
Experience building or managing an RPA Center of Excellence.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake).
Strong executive leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or federal) preferred.
Certifications such as UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $230,000 - $270,000 (DOE) + annual bonus + equity potential.
