Two Positions - West Coast Based
The Vice President of Autonomous Services is responsible for leading all customer-facing deployment operations, scaling service delivery models, and ensuring successful execution across multiple industries. This executive will manage deployment leaders, project managers, and field operations teams, while serving as the key business owner of the division with accountability for growth, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer deployment programs for autonomous systems in diverse industries.
Own the P&L for the division, managing budgets, pricing models, and margins.
Develop scalable service processes and deployment strategies.
Oversee multiple simultaneous projects across geographies.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to align strategy.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of deployment leaders and project managers.
Ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction at the executive level.
Contribute to business case modeling and proposal development.
Serve as a strategic voice in shaping long-term service innovation.
Required Qualifications
10+ years in program management, field services, or operations leadership, including at least 5 years at the VP or Director level.
Proven success leading multi-site deployment programs with P&L accountability.
Industry knowledge in civil construction, material handling, oil & gas, or large-scale agriculture.
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, systems, and service models.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or technology-driven deployments highly preferred.
Proficiency in modern project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, etc.).
