The Vice President of Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Safety will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, managing a broad real estate portfolio, workplace operations, and environmental health & safety (EHS) programs worldwide. This role requires a leader with proven experience in executive search, guiding multidisciplinary teams across regions, shaping portfolio strategy, and ensuring compliance while driving efficiency and innovation in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global real estate strategies aligned with organizational growth.
Oversee operations across manufacturing, distribution, laboratory, and office facilities.
Drive sustainability initiatives, employee-focused workplace improvements, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations while cultivating a proactive safety culture worldwide.
Provide strategic guidance for M&A integration related to real estate and facilities.
Lead and mentor a global team of regional facilities leaders.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in real estate, facilities, and EHS management within large global organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or Environmental Science (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Demonstrated success in leadership recruitment, leading multidisciplinary global teams and managing complex portfolios.
Strong expertise in business case modeling, portfolio strategy, and real estate negotiations.
Exceptional financial and analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Excellent communication and executive leadership presence, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Willingness to travel globally (25–40%).
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $270,000–$372,000 (DOE) + annual bonus eligibility.
