The Vice President of Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Safety will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, managing a broad real estate portfolio, workplace operations, and environmental health & safety (EHS) programs worldwide. This role requires a leader with proven experience guiding multidisciplinary teams across regions, shaping portfolio strategy, and ensuring compliance while driving efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global real estate strategies aligned with organizational growth.
- Oversee operations across manufacturing, distribution, laboratory, and office facilities.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, employee-focused workplace improvements, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations while cultivating a proactive safety culture worldwide.
- Provide strategic guidance for M&A integration related to real estate and facilities.
- Lead and mentor a global team of regional facilities leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in real estate, facilities, and EHS management within large global organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or Environmental Science (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary global teams and managing complex portfolios.
- Strong expertise in business case modeling, portfolio strategy, and real estate negotiations.
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication and executive leadership presence, with ability to influence at all levels.
- Willingness to travel globally (25–40%).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $270,000–$372,000 (DOE) + annual bonus eligibility.
